Updated Knitting Meme from 2009

Originally the idea was to mark in bold the items that you have knit, italics for the ones you plan to knit, and leave the ones you haven't done in plain font. In order to reflect the things I have done since this last list, I'll be marking them in red bold just to make them stand out better.
